At EV2 Technologies, our mission is to advance the treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) through the development of next-generation endovascular platform technology that addresses critical gaps in current vascular interventions. Our initial focus is the treatment of stenotic femoropopliteal arteries with a high degree of bending and tortuosity. Our device is engineered to minimize and delay restenosis, ultimately aiming to reduce the overall incidence of the disease. With a flexible and scalable design, the technology is intended to expand into additional vascular applications and support physicians in delivering more durable, procedure-efficient care.
